Frame.io sits alongside an NLE purely for review — uploading cuts, collecting timecoded comments, and tracking approval status in a separate app. Sequence builds that same workflow into the editor itself, so feedback lands on the project your team is already cutting, not a copy uploaded somewhere else.

Screenings and the Review app#
Frame.io's Share Presentation and its in-app review workspace split roughly the same way in Sequence, across a published page and an in-project mode:

Managing a screening after you create it — editing its details, favoriting it, or deleting it — works from a right-click menu in the inspector's Screenings module, or from a second, separate right-click menu on the Screenings panel inside the Review app. See Manage screenings for both.
Sequence also has a Collections tab — it's a different thing
Don't confuse it with Frame.io's review Collections. Sequence's Collections tab lives in the media library and auto-gathers clips by tag, rating, color, and reaction for editing — it isn't a curated set of screenings for review.
No password, expiry, or watermark on a screening
A screening is either Public (anyone with the link) or Private (project members only) — there's no password gate, link expiry, or watermarking yet. For a cut that needs tighter control than Public allows, use Private access and share the link only with project members.
